The people behind KERN

Good ideas
need customers.

We know the excitement of a new venture. And the frustration when customers do not follow. That is where KERN comes in.

Why KERN exists

Built.
Excited.
Not enough sales.

An experience that shapes our work.

We met at WHU. We have worked on our own ventures that excited us. Good ideas, hard work, a finished product. Yet ventures failed because they could not reach enough customers. Sales and distribution became the bottleneck.

KERN started by addressing this problem through research: relevant companies, the right contacts and reasons to talk. In conversations with customers, it became clear that many needed more than a good list. They needed someone to reach those people, answer questions and follow through.

That is why we now combine our research with hands-on sales work. We call the right people, address their questions and follow through. Preparation leads directly to action.

So a strong offer can become
a growing business.

A strong offer deserves a route to market.

Paul knows company analysis from M&A and venture capital. For his own sales projects, he has researched businesses, built email sequences and automated workflows. He combines business understanding with technical implementation.

What drives him: understanding why an offer matters to someone, then finding a practical route to those customers.

Our team's background

What we believe / Our philosophy

AI turns ideas
into products faster.
That alone does not bring customers.

We use technical tools where they improve our work. We take responsibility for preparation, relevant outreach and the next step.

A business needs revenue and customers who stay. That takes people who understand an offer's value, build trust and keep their promises. That is how we see sales.
